We’re here to help.
Good mental healthcare helps you see your strengths and struggles. We provide a safe place to identify your automatic thoughts and behaviors – the ones that move you forward, and those that keep you stuck – and discover better ways of responding. So that you can build the life you want.

Our Care Overview
Seeing Clients
Telehealth: Most of sessions are conducted via telehealth through my HIPAA secure portal. Our clients are loving this option! I can virtually see people who are located in Washington DC, Virginia, or Maryland because I’m licensed in all three jurisdictions.
In-person: We can meet face-to-face at an office I rent as needed, which is located in DC on K Street near Farragut North Park. We fully vaccinated and follow all covid protocols in DC.
Cost
Between $225 to $275 per session, depending on partner and session length. Payment made by credit card through our secure online portal.
Insurance Reimbursement: We do not take insurance, but my system will send a receipt with all the codes that an insurance company should need for reimbursement. Most of my clients are reimbursed anywhere between 40% to 100%. We do all we can to help clients receive the full reimbursement allowed under their plan.
Free Initial Consultation: We like to have an initial, free 15-minute call with a potential client to listen to concerns, assess fit, and either schedule time to start sessions together, or try to help find the right place to best meet our client’s needs.
